Court Tosses Suit Against Obama Administration

Arizona’s Sheriff Arpagio of Maricopa County, brought suit against the Obama administration’s executive order to not deport certain undocumented immigrants, citing “irreparable harm” because it would lead to an increase in crime in his district. The  court found that evidence doesn’t support it and doesn’t bear out the notion that undocumented immigrants pose a threat to communities. They are actually less likely to commit crime than the native born population.
