Can Speedo USA get us all back into the pool? The industry giant, with its newly launched Speedo Fit, is hoping to reposition its brand and make “the case for ‘vertical’ fitness training that includes cardio, resistance, stretching and even weightlifting,” reports Alene Dawson, but with less wear and tear on the body thanks to water’s buoyancy.

But there’s an additional effect says “Mark Verstegen, founder and president of EXOS, an elite fitness training program that partnered with Speedo to create the workout program, a sense of well-being because training in water is simultaneously “strength-building and relaxing.”
