A terrible new day has dawned and nothing could be a better example of that than Trump policy adviser, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach advocating for a national registry for immigrants who come from nations where terrorists reside.  Another supporter “Carl Higbie, a former spokesman for Great America PAC,” has suggested that Japanese internment camps serves as an example of how to deal with immigrants.

The calls for a registry and Higbie’s comments have been met with outrage.

The official Twitter account of the Anti-Defamation League posted a statement from its chief executive, Jonathan Greenblatt, saying that “if one day Muslims will be forced to register, that is the day that this proud Jew will register as a Muslim.”
