Former Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice reality TV star, Omarosa Manigault, who now heads White House communications “physically intimidated” a White Hosue journalist last week outside the Oval Office, according to the Washington Post.
American Urban Radio Networks reporter April Ryan told the Post that Manigault harassed her outside White House press secretary Sean Spicer’s West Wing office last Wednesday.
“She stood right in my face like she was going to hit me,” Ryan said. “I said, ‘You better back up.’ . . . She thought I would be bullied. I won’t be,” Ryan told WaPo.
Among the witnesses was a Washington Post reporter, Abby Phillip, who said that she felt that Manigault’s behavior was so over the top that it was “Secret Serviceable.”
Manigault responded to the Post via email with one of this White House’s favorite refrains: “My comment: Fake news!”
