Trump has once again lost in court. U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson ruled yesterday, which Trump’ s attempt to ban immigration and travel from certain Muslim countries was likely to be declared unconstitutional. As a result, the ban will stay in place until Hawaii’s lawsuit against the Trump administration is resolved.

According to the Huffington Post, Judge Watson’s 24-page ruling concluded,

“Upon careful consideration of the totality of the circumstances … the Court reaffirms its prior finding that the balance of equities and public interest weigh in favor of maintaining the status quo,” Watson wrote in his 24-page ruling. Hawaii’s attorneys “have shown a strong likelihood of succeeding on their claim that the Executive Order violates First Amendment rights under the Constitution.”

So far Trump hasn’t responded via Twitter…
