We have all heard about the advent of self-driving cars as the age of the Jetsons will soon be upon us. Though our homes don’t float out in space, its seems that our cars are apt to drive themselves sooner rather than later. Think about that Get in, program where you want to go and then relax, read a book, take a nap…Uh not really, but driverless cars are predicted to be on the highway by mid-century. Some of us might not live that long to see it, but we already have the benefit of cars that stop on their own and warn us if we are about to hit another car in our blind spot. Close your eyes and think about a highway where all the cars are driving themselves.
