If you have lived a life of dieting, you don’t know what it is like to eat normally. Normal eating is for thin people, not you. Not you who has been on diet after diet,  who has woken up Monday morning after Monday morning, thinking this will be a new week. It will be a week of not eating, or at least not much and the pounds will start to come off. It will be a week where when you step on the scale your day won’t be ruined because a different number will appear. It will be yet another week where food takes too much of your time and your thought. Yet, maybe there is a different way - intuitive eating.
