It seems that just as we get used to eating one way, things change once again. The Obama administration’s new dietary recommendations have come out and it looks like the main bad guy is sugar. Now it is suggested that one only has 200 calories of added sugar a day, which is equivalent to one 16oz soda. That is separate from other sugars that occur naturally in fruits and vegetables. There is still a strong push to lower salt intake and now eggs aren’t so bad for you.
