Five people have died and others are still missing as Lousiana was pounded by torrential rains that caused massive flooding. Over 20,000 people have had to be rescued and now President Obama has declared a disaster declaration. Some residents are still trapped by flood waters and are having to have food and water delivered by helicopters.
