Another young black girl has died in jail.  Gynnya McMillen was only 16 years old when she was charged with misdemeanor assault and brought to a detention center. According to CBSN, a staffer attacked her with martial arts moves when she refused to remove her hoodie.  When they found her unresponsive, they did not perform CPR for 11 minutes.  The woman on the 911 call identified as a nurse did not know how to perform CPR.  Less than 24 hours later she was found dead in her cell. The family has been provided with very few answers as two investigations are proceeding into Gynnya’s death.
