Another Random Shooting, This Time In Kansas

In yet another random shooting in less than a week, a gunman has killed four and wounded 14 after opening fire on a number of sites, including an Excel Industries plant parking lot and two other locations near Hesston, Kansas.

The suspect, identified by local media as Cedric Ford, shot his assault rifle-type long gun out his car window while he was driving, through at least two towns. Police, as yet, have not identified the suspect or the victims.
