A New Cancer Study Provides Hope

In a study just published in Science has found that by targeting the different mutations of a cancer cell within the body with different immune cells. One of the frustrating issues researchers have had is that as tumors mutate in the body what they use to fight it doesn’t work on its mutations. This specific targeting of different mutations requires the analyzation of the mutated cells to find what willimmune cells will work to kill them. This personalized treatment process can take time and is expensive. The study was a collaboration of 36 international researchers.
