The Immigration Quandary

The Berks Family Residential Facility is located in Pennsylvania and serves as a prison where women and children from Central America are being held. So instead, they stay in facilities like Berks where the conditions are questionable and the medical care sub-par. The women and children that are in these facilities have right under US law, and advocates are saying that they are not being given due process.
