Will Merrick Nomination Unseat Sen. Grassley?

Many Democrats believe that they can finally take back the Senate this November if Republicans don’t hold hearings on the nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.

And they’ve set their sights on 82-year-old Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, which oversees Supreme Court nominations.

Former Lieutenant Governor  Patty Judge recently announced that she will challenge Grassley and will make his opposition to the Garland nomination the center of her campaign.
