Kenji Fujimoto is the only Japanese person known to have met Kim Jong Un. The only American is basketball player Dennis Rodman. As such, Fujimoto is in hot demand, reports Anna Fifield.
In fact, talking about the North Korean leader, has been very profitable for Fujimoto who gets paid by ,Japanese television $1,000 a pop to appear on screen. Newspapers pay him about half that.
In 1982, Fujimoto became a “playmate” for Kim Jong Un, after responded to an ad seeking a sushi chef to work in North Korea.
