Perrier, Pelligrino, seltzer all have one thing in common, bubbles. Bubbles come from carbonic acid, and that acid isn’t great for your teeth. The good news is regular soda is worse, bad news is that flavored seltzer is worse than plain. Advice from a dentist, save the bubbles for when you eat and drink plain water in between.
