Bill Cosby’s luck has run out. His bid the charges dismissed based on a former prosecutor’s pledge not to pursue charges against him in the future fell on deaf ears today. Judge Steven O’Neill rejected Cosby’s argument that he was immune from prosecution due to an agreement with the former district attorney Bruce Castor. Andrea Costa accused Cosby of drugging and raping her in 2004. The case was initially settled out of court. It is the release of the Cosby’s deposition that reopened the case.
