Will The Supreme Court Help To Kill The Planet?

The Supreme Court has issued a stay to President Obama’s Clean Power Plan, which limits carbon emissions from existing power plants. The EPA is being sued by 23 states over its implementation, and the courts order halted its implementation until the Federal Court hears and rules on the case in early June. Should the courts rule in favor of the states that are suing, it will be a devastating blow in the fight against climate change.
