When Rio won the Olympic bid way back in 2009, one of the promises the Brazilian Olympic Committee made was that the sewage in the water would be cleaned up through the building of a sanitation system. That never happened. Additional venues were to be built, they are not complete. There are five and a half months before the games begin. Will Rio be ready?
