Addyi, the female libido drug is finally available by prescription, after much fanfare and controversy, and recent studies measuring its efficacy point to a paltry “one-half of one satisfying sexual encounter a month” using Addyi.” That’s less than one really good sexual encounter EXTRA per month.

Addyi had been previously rejected twice, but was approved last year, after clinical trials showed that women taking Addyi experienced an average of one extra satisfying sexual encounter per month. While the considerable “side effects of the drug include dizziness, sleepiness, nausea, and fatigue,” reports Mariella Mosthof.
