In Eye in the Sky, Helen Mirren plays a colonel who’s supervising a secret drone operation in Kenya while stationed in the United Kingdom. Her mission is to capture a terrorist target but the situation quickly escalates.

The premise is simple but the decision is anything but: Mirren must decide whether to kill a suicide bomber who is clearly in the sights of a drone flying overhead even though the strike might kill an innocent girl who is nearby.

Who’s life is more important, worth saving? The single life of the girl? Or the dozens who could die if the terrorist detonates his explosives? The film’s directors says the film doesn’t take sides. But you may.
