More women are using contraception and as a result the rate of unintended pregnancies is falling. But left out of this equation are women whose access to birth control is limited due to a variety of factors.  Lack of access to healthcare, health insurance as well as economic and education all play a role in women of color and poor women who still are seeing the rates of unintended pregnancies remain high.
