The Republican presidential nominees and their chief instigator Donald Trump have all participated in the demonizing of Muslims. They draw no line between extremists and those that practice peacefully. Instead, they have inflamed the rhetoric around the Muslim religion. Trump has called for a ban on Muslims entering this country and suggests that Islam hates us. His supporters suggest it is a matter of national security. Yet they do so without any facts or thought as to what they are calling for is discrimination based on one’s religious beliefs which is against the laws of this nation.
