Indiana Gov. Mike Pence (R) is getting ready to sign a sweeping abortion bill that would ban abortion even in cases where a fetal disability such as Down syndrome plays a part.
The bill was passed by the legislature last week. Its passing would make Indiana the second state in the nation after North Dakota to ban abortion in such cases.
The bill also requires that all fetal remains be buried or cremated. The Republican-led war on women continues… state by state.
