Donald Trump has normalized the hating of the other. His denigration of immigrants, Muslims and women has had consequences as now children around the country are emboldened to act out what they have seen and heard Trump do. There have been countless stories of kids taunted and told ‘to go back to their own country.’ There have been others handed slips of papers that are supposed deportation notices. All of this in school. Those kids that are the target of the hate don’t feel safe.
How long will it be before we hear stories of boys calling girls names and attempts to grab their pussy?
